Sunbrella® Stanton Lagoon Indoor/Outdoor Striped Pillow

I ordered 4 pillows from this company based on the photos on their Etsy page, but the pillows received were not as represented, at all. There was a “filling" seam sewn partially across the bottom of the pillow, which was not shown in any pictures, and the corners were folded inwards, also not shown on the page. Had the pillows been represented that way, I would never have ordered them. I live in AZ, and flip and rotate my outdoor pillows frequently, due to the harsh sun. When I contacted the company to question why the pillows were not as shown on the site, I was told that they were not meant to be turned upside down. This is not a case of buyer’s remorse, but of total misrepresentation. They offered me a return shipping label, then declined to do so; it cost me $26.60 to return them. I have opened a complaint with Etsy. Beware.
